Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. Here is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for MutaSocial subscriptions.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Settings" page within the application. Upon cancellation, your subscription features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed.
  • Credit Purchases: Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase date.
